Doc Gamble L.L.C. is the majority owner of PEC Environmental.  PEC was established in 1992 by Mr. Pat L. Eddings and purchased by Doc Gamble L.L.C. in 2004.  The name has changed slightly to reflect our core focus, but maintains our heritage and ethic established by Mr. Pat Eddings.
